Ingredients
Whole wheat rotelle pasta, tomato sauce, salmon, Fish Curry Masala, black-bean salad.
1. Cook pasta by placing it in boiling water and let it simmer for 4 minutes.
2. Microwave the salmon until it is cooked.
3. Cut salmon into small pieces and mix one teaspoon of Fish Curry Masala into it.
4. Mix pasta, tomato sauce, salmon and black-bean salad in a pasta bowl.
Add salt to taste. Vary the proportions of all the ingredients as you see fit. Serves two.
Tips
a) You can use other types of pasta such as penne, etc. I use rotelle because it takes the shortest amount of time to cook.
b) You can also add some mixed vegetables (without the rice and the tofu) to the pasta.
